With smartphones and tablets more affordable and accessible than ever, mobile learning is fast establishing itself as a mainstream learning technology. New figures from Towards Maturity’s 2013/2014 Benchmark Study show mobile learning deployment has risen to a staggering 71% this year, up from 45% in 2012. Furthermore, the use of mobile apps is set to rise from 25% in 2012 to 59% in 2014.
