Like most 15-year-olds, Connor Sendel knows his way around digital devices.
“I have always been keen at engineering and solving practical problems, so I figured I might as well try to help,” he posted on his “iPads for Autism” Facebook page.
The Cherry Creek High School sophomore launched his one-man movement to collect as many of the devices as possible after learning that handheld iPads could be an important educational and communication tool for children with autism.
