Joshua Wills has severe Autism, he comes from Cornwall,England. He is 12 and has been hospitalised since July 2012,he has been transfered to Birmingham to a specialist unit 260 miles away from his family and home. Due to his age and severe Autism, there is no unit in the South West, and apparently no funding.
